      So so good

First of all, we tried the air fryer pears last night and they were amazing. My whole family loved them! I love how the guide included some tips on balanced eating. The visual was really helpful. And the recipes look good without being complicated. I am trying the creamy roasted vegetable soup and the sweet potato nachos this week! I love these fall ideas! Thank you Cloie! I have loved your simple ideas on better eating. 🙏🏻❤️

I love how the recipes are simple and easy yet so yummy! It’s nice to have something nutritious but still tastes so good! Cloie did such a good job on making it easy to navigate. I especially love the list of things to pick up at the grocery store! I can’t wait to try them all!
